Document Management is the custodian of University maps, drawings, and related records. Over 250,000 active drawings depicting the architectural and engineering (A/E) details of all 1009 university buildings are stored, maintained and updated by Document Management. Included in the records are computerized maps of above ground and underground utilities, buildings, landscaped and open areas, topographical features, and miscellaneous structures.
A variety of computerized tools are available to A/E consultants when working for the university. These tools include:
The On Line Plan Room is a web based repository that allows users to find, view and obtain university construction drawings.
