Senior Project Managers and Construction Inspection Agents work as a team the Project Services department and are responsible for overseeing all new capital construction projects.

Ø       They work closely with the General Contractor and monitor costs, overruns and changes.

Ø       They act as a liaison between the stakeholder and the General Contractor

Ø       They ensure that the facility is constructed per Contract Documents

Ø       The Construction Inspection Agent spends a good percentage of their time in the field answering questions, resolving problems and concerns which arise during the construction process.

Ø       The Senior Project Manager’s is responsible for conducting monthly progress update meetings for the stakeholders, support departments such as Data, Security, Police, Operations & Services, etc.  This position is also responsible for managing the construction budget.

Ø       They consult with architects, engineers and other technical workers to make sure that design intentions are met
