If you are a General Contractor and would like to be included in the bid process for Rutgers University capital construction projects, please submit a Letter of Interest as well as Pre-Qualification information regarding your company to the following address:

To be considered you must submit a Letter of Interest and include the following information:

Ø       Contractor's Data, Contracting Experience & References Information
  Complete and return Rutgers University Contractor's Profile Form

Ø       AIA A-305 "Contractors Qualification Statement"
  You can obtain this form from the American Institute of Architects

Ø       Dunn & Bradstreet Report
  Supply one copy of the most recent D & B report on your company

Ø       Company Brochure

 

 

 

If your submitted package meets Rutgers University Standards, your company may be invited to an introductory interview with University Facilities Project Services.
