Project Services is comprised of a group of planning, design and
construction professionals who are
responsible for the construction of
all university assets.
The Contract Services
division maintains an in-house
renovations design team as
well as construction managers who
oversee all campus renovation
construction projects. The average
project from design concept to
completion takes approximately 6
months. This groups handles all
renovations under 2 million dollars.
The Project Services division
is responsible for all capital
construction projects, including
General Contractor (GC) selection
and award, physical construction of
the facility and the commissioning
of the building and move-in of
occupants. This department
maintains project managers who
coordinate all capital construction
processes and who interact regularly
with the departmental construction
field agents who are liaisons
between the GC and University
Facilities.
