Committee determine that

notified via your email address.
If your firm has met Rutgers

representative from the Office
of the University Architect to

through written correspondence.
Step

The Interview
Process:
Interviews are conducted for all
A/E firms who have successfully
met the Pre-Qualification
Criteria by the previously noted
A/E Selection Committee.
Should the A/E Selection
Committee determine that
your firm does not meet Rutgers
University’s selection criteria
during the interview process,
your firm will be notified
stating such via written
correspondence from the Office

If your firm has met the
selection criteria as
established by the A/E
Selection Committee, you
will be invited to send a
reduced size set of complete
working drawings from a project
your firm recently completed.
Your firm will also be given an
“Electronic Pass Code”. With
this pass code, your firm would
be able to gain access to the
Rutgers’ On-Line List of A/E
Firms in order for your firm to
both submit a completed
Architect-Engineer
Qualifications Standard Form 330
on-line as well as submitting
your URL Link to your firm’s

successful, your firm will be
placed on the A/E On-Call

correspondence will be forwarded
to your firm by the Office of
the University Architect noting
your successful placement on the
A/E On-Call List.
Should the A/E Selection
